Extremely helpful and dedicated. Laurie held many open houses, had great advice, helped locate persons to facilitate repairs to the property. She handled some difficult issues with a tenant and buyers very well. At times, I was quite frustrated with the buyers. Laurie listened and gave me calm, sound advice. It all worked out.
This was the fourth house I've sold in my life. By far, this was the most complicated. But, it was also the smoothest ultimately. During those sales, I used seven different agents. Laurie was the best, by far. She did many little things, such as helping to fix a window and a door, arranging for pool service, staging, and de-humidifying. She also always kept us informed, which is a major issue. Some agents never or seldom communicate with sellers. Laurie did regularly, whether the news was good or not so good.
